The Cream Tea Run returns again this year on Saturday 15th July @ 2;30 pm
The run will be approximately 5 miles, mainly road with a small trail section starting at Rose Chapel.

You need to be a NRR club member, there is no race entry fee but we do ask for donations on day for RNLI.
Run the route and then enjoy a cream tea at the finish, prize for winners.
