The club run this Wednesday evening will be Watergate. This is a multi-terrain run.
Kelly is taking the coach led session this week.
From kelly – ‘We will be on the grass. I will do an intro (or refresh) to cadence and work with some intervals.
This session is suitable for all pace groups and abilities. The only requirement is a ll participants must smile.
In this hot weather please continue to hydrate well. Make sure you replace salts and not just water and don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink. Well hydrated muscles are happy muscles.’
