The plan is for an upside down pyramid following a warm up and 5 min tempo (10k Race pace) as follows – 3min/2min jog rec 2min/90sec jog rec/90sec 1min jog rec/1min/1min jog rec/45sec/45sec jog rec/30 sec/30 sec jog rec/45sec/45sec jog rec/1min/1min jog rec/90 sec/90 sec jog rec/2min/2min jog rec/3 min end with a 5 min tempo. Will introduce hills on some reps. Please bring off road shoes. All abilities welcome.
