6pm start -  Strength & Conditioning (each session will last for 1 hour)

Starting on the 6th November 2017 until the clocks go back at the end of March 2018 Session

Where – Newquay Sports Centre – Sports Hall

Cost – £2 per session to cover the cost of the hall.

Sessions will be led by John Scott, they are running specific, covering issues such as strength, stability, flexibility and endurance.  The aim is to put together the building blocks and foundation behind efficient running.  Sessions will improve an athlete’s core and trunk, and hopefully aid injury prevention and reduce loss of form.  A great group event running platform which is both challenging and fun. All abilities welcome.
