    I’m overseeing tomorrow evening’s interval training, will decide on what the set will be based on the weather conditions. Most likely we’ll be doing reps of no longer than 400m each with a lengthy recovery. Look forward to seeing some of you there. Keep up the good work.

    I’m overseeing interval training this evening, the session will be 3 x 3 min, 4 x 75 sec and 5 x 35 sec all on the track, each rep will have a 2 min rec, regroup at the dug-out. Look forward to seeing some of you there.

    I’m overseeing interval training this evening on the grass at the Sports Centre. Session will be 1 x 6 min, 2 x 1 min, 1 x 4 min, 4 x 30 sec, 1 x 6 min 2 x 1 min. Should be fun. Thanks for your support and I look forward to seeing some of you there.

  • I’m overseeing the interval training this evening. The plan is to start with a timed run of 1300m (Hillgrove Rd/Edgcumbe Ave/Ulalia Rd/Narrowcliff/Hillgrove) this followed by 6 x 400m (Whitegate Rd/St Aubyn) then back to do the timed1300m again. Sounds like fun and I look forward to seeing some of you there.

    I’m overseeing interval training this evening. Working in pairs on Whitegate Road/St Aubyn Crescent. Series of 800m with a 400m recovery. Should be fun.

  • I’m overseeing the interval training tomorrow evening. I can assure you it will not be too hard a session, aimed at easing you back into the fold. I’ve not yet decided where the session will be held, this is dependent on the weather and evening temperature. Thanks for your support.

  • I’m overseeing interval training tomorrow evening. The plan is to run a timed 1.3k loop which includes Hillgrove Rd, Edgcumbe Ave, Ulalia Rd and Narrowcliff, then to do 6 x 400m on Whitegate Rd/St Aubyn Cres, then back to do another timed 1.3K. Consistency is the key. Sounds like fun. Hope to see some of you there.

    I’m overseeing interval training tomorrow night (30th). Plan is to do the same session as 2 weeks ago – 10 min (10K pace), 6 min (5K pace), 3 min (3K pace), 2 min (1500m pace), 1 min (800m pace) all with 1 min rec jog, followed by 4 x 30 sec each with a 30 sec rec. jog. Look forward to seeing some of you there.

  • I’m overseeing the interval training on Wednesday evening, session is 10min at 10K pace, 6 min at 5K pace, 3 min at 3K pace, 2 min at 1500m pace,1 min at 800m pace and 4 x 30 sec at 400m pace the rec for each rep is 1 min. I look forward to seeing some of you there.

  • Interval training this evening will be 2 x 5 x 70 sec with 1 min, 45 sec, 30 sec, 15 sec and 1 min rec. Ideal for middle & long distance runners. I look forward to seeing a number of you there.
