I’m overseeing tomorrow evening’s interval training, will decide on what the set will be based on the weather conditions. Most likely we’ll be doing reps of no longer than 400m each with a lengthy recovery. Look forward to seeing some of you there. Keep up the good work.
I’m overseeing interval training this evening, the session will be 3 x 3 min, 4 x 75 sec and 5 x 35 sec all on the track, each rep will have a 2 min rec, regroup at the dug-out. Look forward to seeing some of you there.
