Jan Sargent has just received the following reply from England Athletics reference incorrect membership numbers on this year’s cards which are currently being distributed. She also says that our ‘old numbers’ are still in the ‘system’ so continue to use those on race applications etc, it’s just the numbers on the new cards that are in…[Read more]

Threre appears to be a problem with the new issue of registration cards from England Athletics. Quite a few NRR members have been issued with registration numbers which differ from last year. This does not normally happen. Jan Sargent, our EA Club secretary, will chase the matter up with EA.

I’m overseeing tomorrow evening’s interval training, will decide on what the set will be based on the weather conditions. Most likely we’ll be doing reps of no longer than 400m each with a lengthy recovery. Look forward to seeing some of you there. Keep up the good work.
